Consultant européen dans le domaine des médias, j’ai travaillé à la Fédération européenne/ internationale des journalistes, à Bruxelles, de 2001 à 2014, notamment en tant que directeur européen et plus récemment à l'Assemblée parlementaire du Conseil de l'Europe (APCE) à Strasbourg. Je travaille sur les questions de médias en relation avec les institutions de l'UE, le Conseil de l'Europe et les organisations de journalistes, avec un accent particulier sur l'Europe de l'Est. De juillet 2015 à août 2017 j'étais Chargé de la communication et des relations presse à l'Eurodistrict Strasbourg-Ortenau, une organisation franco-allemande basée à Strasbourg. J'ai également exercé en tant que journaliste freelance en 2014-2015.


Independent media consultant, I worked at the Brussels-based secretariat of the International/European Federation of Journalists between 2001 and 2014, in particular as European Director. More recently I worked at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). I deal with European media policies in relation with the EU institutions, the Council of Europe and media organisations across the continent, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe. In 2015-2017 I was Head of Communication and press relations at the Eurodistrict Strasbourg-Ortenau, a Franco-German cooperation organisation based in Strasbourg. I also worked as a freelance journalist in 2014-2015.
